Ad spend visibility + workflow automation

Your ad spend should produce more than reports.

We take a month of your advertising spend and your own records, and work out what the money actually reached — then automate the reporting and follow-up that currently runs on somebody remembering. A fixed KES 20,000, and the findings are yours whatever you do next.

  • One month of advertising spend and campaign reporting, exported
  • Your own record of the enquiries or sales in that month
  • Thirty minutes with whoever assembles the weekly report

See how it works ↓

Ask for the audit

We look at where the clicks land before the call. It is the fastest way to tell whether this is worth your time.

Optional. A sentence about where it actually hurts.

No obligation. We reply within one working day, including to the ones we turn down.

The gap

You can see the ad metrics. Can you see what happened next?

What the spend actually reached

Platforms report clicks and conversions. Your own records say what arrived. Those are different measurements, and where they disagree the answer is usually tracking, not fraud — but you cannot tell which until somebody looks at both.

Where the reporting is being assembled by hand

Most teams rebuild the same report every week from two or three exports. We count the steps, and say which of them a machine can do and which genuinely need a person.

What is waiting on somebody remembering

An enquiry arrives and nothing happens until a human notices. That is the gap that costs the most and shows up in no dashboard, because the record of it is an absence.

What we dotwo halves of one job

See the gaps. Automate the work.

Capability A

See what the spend reached

Advertising platforms report what they delivered. Your own records say what arrived. We put the two side by side for one month and say where they disagree, and what each disagreement most likely means.

  • Read the spend and campaign reporting you already have
  • Compare it against your own enquiry, booking or sales records
  • Name what is missing, what is counted twice, and what cannot be matched
  • Check where the clicks actually landed, page by page
  • Separate a tracking gap from a timing difference from a real loss

What this does not do

A gap between a platform's number and yours is not proof of fraud or wasted money. It is a question. We will tell you which questions the evidence can answer and which it cannot.

Capability B

Automate what repeats

Most of the cost around advertising is not the advertising. It is the weekly report somebody rebuilds from three exports, and the enquiry that waits because nobody saw it arrive.

  • Map the report that is currently assembled by hand
  • Identify the steps that are rule-based and safe to automate
  • Route enquiries and alert a person when something needs judgement
  • Flag the exceptions instead of waiting for a periodic manual check
  • Scope and quote only the parts worth doing

What this does not do

Anything that decides on a customer's behalf — what to say to them, what to charge, whether a record is correct — keeps a person in it. We will say which steps those are rather than automate them and hope.

How the pieces relate

From what you spent to what you can act on.

What you spend

  • Ad platform spend
  • Campaign reporting
  • Clicks and conversions

What you recorded

  • Site analytics
  • Enquiries and forms
  • Sales or invoices

Compared

  • Matched against each other
  • Gaps and duplicates named
  • Unanswerable marked as such

What you get

  • A report with the evidence
  • The steps worth automating
  • What stays with a person
A difference between the two left-hand columns is a question, not a verdict. It is usually tracking, sometimes timing, occasionally a real loss — and which one it is cannot be settled without looking.
How it goes
01

Review what you have

Which platforms you advertise on, how conversions are tracked, where enquiries land, and what the weekly report is assembled from.

One call, thirty minutes

02

Compare the records

Spend and campaign reporting against your own enquiry and sales records, for one month. Exports are enough — we do not need access to your accounts to start.

Within a week

03

Separate the findings

What the evidence establishes, what has a likely explanation worth checking, and what cannot be answered with the data available. Those three are kept apart.

With the report

04

Automate what repeats

Where a step is repetitive, rule-based and safe to automate, we scope it and quote it. Where it needs judgement, it stays with a person and we say so.

Only if you want it

What it looks like in practice

Make the information useful. Make the next step easier.

Examples of the shape this work takes. Not case studies, and not anybody’s results.

Spend against enquiries

A month of campaign spend read beside the enquiries actually received, to see how many of the reported conversions appear anywhere in the business's own records.

The weekly report

A report rebuilt every Monday from three exports, assessed to see which parts can be produced on a schedule and which genuinely need somebody to look.

Enquiries that wait

A new enquiry triggering a notification to the right person, with the follow-up itself left to a human where the message matters.

Exceptions, surfaced

A defined condition — an unmatched payment, a campaign spending with no enquiries against it — raised when it happens rather than at month end.

What you get backKES 20,000

Start with evidence, not assumptions.

  • What your advertising spend reached, in your own records rather than the platform's
  • A list of tracking and reporting gaps, each with what it would take to close
  • The repetitive work, with the automatable parts separated from the parts that need a person
  • Findings split three ways: established, likely and worth checking, and not answerable with this data
  • A recommended order of work, by what it is worth rather than what is easiest to sell

The audit is priced to be bought on its own, not as a way into something larger. If the honest answer is that your tracking is sound and your process does not need automating, that is what the report will say — and it is a perfectly good outcome for twenty thousand shillings, because you stop wondering. We would rather tell you that than find something to sell.

What it costs

Start with clarity. Implement what matters.

Find out where your reporting and workflows need attention, then build the parts that make commercial sense. Both are quoted in writing before anything starts.

Ad Spend & Workflow Audit

KES 20,000

one-off, fixed

Understand how your advertising data connects to leads, sales and the reporting you do now. We read the available evidence, name the tracking and reconciliation gaps, and say which automation is worth doing.

  • One advertising channel and the tracking data it produces
  • The journey from click to enquiry, and to sale where your records allow it
  • Reporting gaps and reconciliation problems, each with what it would take to close
  • The repetitive work, with the automatable parts separated from the parts that need a person
  • A findings report, ordered by what it is worth rather than what is easy

Where the price stops

Scope is agreed before work starts. What can be established depends on the data you can get at — we will say what is unanswerable rather than estimate around it. This is not a forensic investigation, it does not prove fraud, it cannot promise recovered spend, and it does not include building anything.

Implementation & Automation

From KES 55,000

per project, quoted

Turn the findings into working reporting, reconciliation and follow-up. The scope and the price depend on your platforms, your data and how much of it has to be connected.

  • A reporting or follow-up automation
  • Imports, or a connection where the platform supports one
  • Reconciliation rules you have agreed
  • Exception reporting and notifications
  • Testing, documentation and handover

Where the price stops

These are examples, not a list included in every project. KES 55,000 is where projects start, not what they all cost; anything spanning several systems is quoted after the audit, because quoting it before would be a guess with a number on it.

Discuss your requirements
Whether this is for you

A good fit if

  • You are spending on advertising now and cannot say what it produced
  • Someone rebuilds the same report from exports every week
  • Enquiries arrive and wait for a person to notice them
  • Your records live in more than one system
  • You can export a month of spend and a month of enquiries

Probably not if

  • You want a guaranteed return on ad spend — nobody can honestly promise that
  • You expect a discrepancy to prove fraud; usually it proves a tracking gap
  • You cannot get at your own records and have no exports
  • You want a full advertising agency; this is visibility and workflow, not campaign management
  • You need every tool you own to connect without anyone checking whether it can
Questions people actually ask

What is this, exactly?

A piece of work, not a product. We read a month of your advertising spend and a month of your own records, compare them, and write down what the evidence supports. There is no dashboard to log into and no software to install.

Is this just analytics?

No. Analytics tells you what a platform observed. This compares that against what your business actually recorded — enquiries, bookings, invoices — and treats a disagreement between the two as something to explain rather than something to average out.

Can you connect ad spend to actual sales?

Sometimes, and only as far as the records allow. If enquiries carry a source and your sales records can be traced back to an enquiry, the chain holds. If they do not, we will tell you that and what it would take to make it possible, rather than produce a number that looks like attribution and is not.

Which platforms and systems do you work with?

We start from exports, which almost every platform and CRM can produce, so there is no integration to build before the first piece of work. Whether a live connection is possible afterwards is a technical question we answer during scoping, not a promise made in advance.

Do you need access to our accounts?

Not to begin. Exported files are enough for the audit. If automation follows, the access needed is agreed in writing first, scoped to what the work requires.

Will you tell us if our ad traffic is fraudulent?

We will tell you what the records show and what the plausible explanations are. Invalid traffic is one of several; broken tracking, a redirect, a timing difference between systems and a form that silently fails are all more common. Calling it fraud without the evidence for it would be the easiest thing on this page to say and the least honest.

Do we have to replace our software?

No. The first step is to look at what you already run. Replacing something is a recommendation we would have to justify, not a starting assumption.

What happens after the audit?

You have the findings and nothing further is owed. If something in them is worth building, we scope and quote it separately, and you are free to take the report to somebody else and have them do it.

What does it cost?

The audit is KES 20,000, fixed, quoted before anything starts. Implementation afterwards starts at KES 55,000 and is scoped and quoted separately — the audit is deliberately cheap enough to buy on its own, and you are under no obligation to buy anything after it.

Start with the audit

Know what your advertising produces. Automate what happens next.

Send us a month of spend and a month of your own records. We will tell you what the evidence establishes, what it cannot, and where automation would make a practical difference. A fixed KES 20,000, and the findings are yours either way.
